The subsidiary operation operated in 1998, established it as a subsidiary under the name of: EPE / CAMMO / SPA, belonging to the Wood Industrial Group "Wood Manufacture", the latter is attached to the Miscellaneous Industries group "DIVINDUS" in as of February 2015.
